Once again it's that time of year when we are baking these delicious Hot Cross Buns. Baked throughout the day, each bun is packed with currants, sultanas and cranberries, and glazed with spiced syrup to give them a delicious, sticky topping.
There’s nothing better than a warm, lightly spiced Hot Cross Bun with butter. We make and bake these lovely buns everyday, handmade and freshly baked daily in our village bakery.
