At Days Bakery, we pride ourselves on baking the traditional way, with a focus on health-conscious ingredients. We use only three simple, natural ingredients: flour, water, and wild yeast to help the dough rise — no chemicals or shortcuts. Our sourdough is then slowly proved for 24 to 48 hours, allowing the natural fermentation process to develop its full flavor.
In recent years, we've taken a step further by growing our own wheat at our family farm, just 50 miles from the bakery. From field to loaf, it’s all part of our commitment to quality and sustainability.


All the meat in our butchery is proudly British. Every week, we source the finest British beef from independent farms across the UK, ensuring the highest quality for our customers.
